When I do inspirational speaking, I speak from my own life. I share my story—where I’ve been, the struggles and trauma I’ve faced, and the healing that has brought me to where I am today. I open up about those experiences so others can see that they’re not alone. My hope is that by listening, they might find the courage to speak, to reflect, and to begin their own journey—finding their passion, their truth, and their voice in whatever way feels right for them. Whether it’s through teachings, ceremony, prayer, or personal reflection, I believe healing looks different for everyone. If I can encourage even one person to begin that path, that’s why I do this work.

I also speak because I see how many men and women are struggling with mental health today. There’s a real need to share tools that help people support themselves through difficult times. I talk about simple, accessible practices—breathing techniques, meditation, and ways to release the heavy emotions and trauma that can keep us feeling stuck. These practices can help people move through those feelings instead of staying trapped in them. Through breath, stillness, and creative expression, people can reconnect with themselves, rediscover their passion, and, over time, step into their purpose.
